Call Logging & Voice Recording System
Call Quality Monitoring is not for banks and large corporations only!
It is now possible and affordable for SME to monitor all incoming & outgoing calls through the company's PBX/KTS. All calls details, such as date, time, caller ID and duration is captured together with the actual phone conversation in .wav file. Installation and User Training
AR series voice logger is a stand-alone unit that provides 8 or 16 analogue telephone lines recording. The embedded design makes it more solid and stable. Unlike other PC based solutions, AR series do not need any PC while recording. When users want to retrieve data or do settings, they can use PC to log into the device via USB, LAN (local area network) or Internet.

Built-in 250GB hard disk is able to store up to 17,000 hours of recording. Status monitoring software reminds administrator the capacity of hard disk. Users can easily download the data to the PC and backup into other storage media (eg PC hard disk, CD, DVD)

SMDR interface synchronizes the call log of PBX/KTS. On each voice log, it contains date/time, call duration, from/to telephone number, line number and extension number.

With connection to Internet, the authorized person can easily monitor the device status and make programming remotely. Live update ensures the device always have the latest version of firmware.
Ethical Issues:
While there is no law against recording a phone conversation, it is common courtesy to inform the other party that calls will be recorded. In addition, according to recommendations by FCC, there should be a "beep" at every 3-5 sec interval to signal that recording is taking place. AR800 has options to add pre-recorded message before every phone conversation and the beep on/ off.
