The 2009 BSA Software Audit Program is a program that encourages organizations to conduct a software audit and ensure that all usage of BSA member companies’ software is legal.
In order to participate in this program and enjoy a 1-year immunity* against BSA-initiated enforcement action until 31st March 2010, you need to submit a Completed Self Declaration Form along with a Software License Schedule to BSA.
These forms are to be signed by an Authorized Signatory who is either the business owner or senior management – President, CEO, CTO, CFO, Managing Director, Executive Director or Partner of the company or business.
